Our founder Jonathan has over 35 years of experience in accountancy and financial services, from PwC to his own multi-award-winning firm Norwich Accountancy. He knows good financial decisions are only made when you have access to the right information.
It’s this ethos that underpins the MacInnes team. Inspired by a passion for whisky, we’re driven by decades of financial expertise and a desire to help all our clients make wiser choices with their money.

After a 27-year tenure as Cabin Service Director with British Airways, we were delighted that Theresa wanted to join the MacInnes team, to provide support for our events and help to uphold our excellent customer service standards.
Theresa's love for Scotland dates to her childhood, with countless holidays with her Scottish grandparents. It was during a later visit that she was introduced to the wonderful world of whisky. The craftsmanship in its production and its taste have left a lasting impression.

Ben joined early in 2023, after nearly 20 years in many roles across food, beer, wine and spirits businesses. Part of Jon's ambitious plans to further grow the team and business way beyond its early Norwich roots, Ben's arrival has enabled growth of the MacInnes brand in the whisky market.
